Hotel substitution guarantee

If when you arrive at your destination you are not satisfied with the hotel or your room and your reservation is for two nights or more, The Perfect Hotels will aim to substitute your room for another similar one in the same hotel or in another hotel that we offer in the city.

Conditions: 
1 - You must contact us by calling the contact number that appears on your reservation and inform the hotel reception of your decision.

2 – We will find you a new room within a maximum of 24 hours. If we cannot find you a substitute before the first night it must be spent in the first hotel. 

3 - We will find you a room with the same price for the same number of nights and in similar conditions to the one you reserved with us. 

4 – We will call you to offer you a new room. If you decide to change and there is a difference in the price you must pay this difference at the hotel reception.

5 - The Perfect Hotels is unable to guarantee room substitution during high occupancy periods or for rooms reserved at special offer prices.
